Service Advisor & Warranty Administrator – Kilbeggan Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 DOE Hours: Mon–Thu 08:00–17:00 | Fri 08:00–15:00 Contract: Permanent Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank holidays • Sick pay • Pension Overview We're looking for an experienced Service Advisor & Warranty Administrator to join a specialist commercial vehicle operation in Kilbeggan. You'll be the key link between customers, workshop, and manufacturers, coordinating service activity and managing warranty claims across multi-stage PSV vehicles. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily service workflow, job scheduling, and workshop liaison Act as primary customer contact for service and warranty updates Process and submit warranty claims in line with OEM guidelines Manage claims across multi-stage PSV vehicles, ensuring correct liability Monitor manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and warranty policy updates Maintain accurate records and support warranty reconciliation Work closely with Workshop, Parts, and Finance teams What You'll Need Minimum 2 years' Service Advisor/Warranty Administrator experience in commercial vehicle/PSV/HGV sector Experience with Pinnacle DMS, Kerridge or similar beneficial Strong IT skills including Office 365 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Don't tick every box?
