Learning Support Assistant – SEN School Location: West London (Ealing, Hounslow, Hillingdon) Pay: £95 – £110 per day Start: Immediate start available We are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in specialist schools across West London supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs including Autism, learning difficulties and SEMH. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and helping them access education in a structured and supportive environment. Responsibilities Supporting students 1:1 and in small groups Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Supporting behaviour management strategies Encouraging independence and engagement in learning Working closely with teachers and SEN professionals Ideal Backgrounds We welcome applicants with experience in: Teaching assistant roles Youth work Behaviour mentoring Care or support work Healthcare support Psychology or education graduates Experience supporting Autism or behavioural needs is highly desirable.
