Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance Location: Ealing, West London Salary: Up to £65,000 + Package Contract Type: Permanent A leading property services company delivering large-scale public sector projects is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. Due to continued company growth, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a high-profile SHDF (Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund) Retrofit programme across West London. The role will be based on a flagship decarbonisation project in Ealing, supporting the commercial delivery of energy-efficiency and external refurbishment works. Project Scope * External Wall Insulation (EWI) * Internal Wall Insulation (IWI) * Window replacements Key Responsibilities * Commercial management of SHDF retrofit projects from pre-contract through to final account * Cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting * Managing valuations, variations, and change control * Subcontractor procurement and account management * Working closely with site teams, project managers, and client representatives * Ensuring projects are delivered in line with contract, budget, and programme requirements About You * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within property services, planned maintenance, refurbishment, or retrofit projects * Experience with EWI, IWI, façade, window replacement, or decarbonisation works is highly desirable * Strong understanding of JCT contracts * Commercially astute with excellent communication skills * Ability to work on live occupied environments * Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer * Salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience) * Competitive benefits package * Long-term, secure role with a market-leading contractor * Opportunity to work on meaningful decarbonisation and sustainability projects
