The Role as a Commercial Property Solicitor: You will manage a varied commercial property caseload, which may include: * Sales and acquisitions of commercial property * Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants) * Refinancing and secured lending * Development work * Property aspects of corporate transactions The caseload can be tailored depending on your level of experience and particular strengths.
