Shop fit Contracts Manager – Temp to Perm Location: Bristol (with nationwide travel) Start Date: Next week Salary: £55,000 – £62,500 (dependent on experience) We are currently looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our clients team on a temp-to-perm basis, initially for 4 weeks, with the intention of going permanent for the right person. This is a fast-paced role working within retail fit-out projects, with Co-op experience highly desirable. The position is Bristol-based, but regular travel to projects across the UK will be required. Key Responsibilities: * Managing multiple retail fit-out projects simultaneously * Overseeing contracts from pre-construction through to completion * Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard * Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and site teams * Managing variations, valuations, and final accounts Requirements: * Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within retail fit-out * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Strong commercial and contractual knowledge * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Willingness to travel nationwide as required This is an excellent opportunity for a Contracts Manager looking for a quick start and the potential for a long-term position with a growing company.
