We’re looking for an experienced Business Systems Engineer The Business Systems Engineer will take full ownership of the company’s engineering, CAM, and production systems, driving their development, integration, and continuous improvement. This is a strategic, hands-on role leading the implementation and optimisation of InCAM Pro, transitioning from legacy platforms, and embedding robust automation, governance and data integrity across the business. What You’ll Do * Own the Engineering & Production systems roadmap * Lead full implementation and optimisation of InCAM Pro * Develop and automate CAM flows (Form1–4) and engineering tools * Manage DFM set-ups from quotation through to shopfloor * Control data outputs to LDI, AOI, BBT and downstream processes * Drive transition from Genesis 2000 and replace legacy systems (including PCP 2000) * Strengthen automation, validation and closed-loop feedback to improve yield What We’re Looking For * Strong background in PCB manufacturing systems * Proven CAM software implementation and scripting expertise * Deep understanding of DFM and engineering data flow * Experience leading system change and user adoption * Commercial mindset focused on efficiency, yield and quality Why Apply? * Genuine system ownership * Major digital transformation project * High-impact role influencing Engineering & Production * Opportunity to modernise and scale manufacturing capability To learn more about the Business Systems Engineer role, apply today for a confidential discussion
