Production Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a well‑established manufacturing business during an exciting period of growth. The Production Supervisor will: * Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets for output, quality, safety and delivery are consistently achieved * Lead, motivate and support production staff, setting clear objectives and expectations * Maintain high standards across the shop floor, ensuring PPE, Health & Safety and company policies are consistently followed * Support training, mentoring and development of new and existing employees * Plan and allocate staff to meet production schedules, monitoring progress and resolving issues to keep production running smoothly * Maintain accurate production documentation and ensure compliance with quality standards * Monitor raw materials and consumables, ensuring adequate stock levels * Support continuous improvement activity, efficiency improvements and quality enhancement Skills & Experience Required: * Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment * Previous experience supervising, managing or leading a team * Competent using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and production reporting tools * Proactive, hands‑on approach with a strong drive for results * NVQ Level 3 in Supervisory Management (or equivalent) * Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles Salary, hours and company benefits: * Circa £32,000 per annum * 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday on rotating shifts of earlies 6.30am -3pm and lates 2.30pm-11.00pm * Private medical insurance * Life assurance * Pension scheme * 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Benefit Hub * Cycle to work scheme Wild Recruitment Ltd T/A First Recruitment Services is acting as an employment agency in relation to this vacancy
