As a Primary School Teaching Assistant in Rotherham, you will: * Support pupils during classroom learning activities * Help children understand tasks and complete work confidently * Encourage independence, confidence, and positive behaviour * Provide small group and 1:1 intervention support where required * Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons You may provide support for children with: * Autism (ASC) * ADHD * SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health needs) * Additional learning needs This role would suit someone interested in support roles in Rotherham schools or developing a career in education, child development, or pastoral support.
