Service Advisor – £28,000 - £32,000 Basic Salary Location: Chippenham Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 Basic (OTE depending on bonus structure) Pembrook Resourcing are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive dealership who are looking to add an experienced Service Advisor to their aftersales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous motor trade experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: * Acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department * Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair work * Preparing job cards and ensuring accurate documentation * Providing updates to customers throughout the day * Upselling additional work, service plans, and products where appropriate * Liaising with the workshop to ensure efficient workflow * Handling customer queries and resolving any issues professionally The Ideal Candidate: * Previous experience as a Service Advisor (essential) * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to work well under pressure * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Confident in upselling and meeting targets * Full UK driving licence
