Position: Mobile HVAC Engineer Location: Covering London & Home Counties Salary: Up to £50,000 + Yearly bonuses About the Role: Are you a skilled HVAC Engineer ready for a new challenge? We are seeking a qualified HVAC Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance to a variety of commercial sites. Key Responsibilities: Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Daikin & Mitsubishi AC system knowledge Maintain AHUs and FCUs Splits/multi-splits VRV/VAV/VRF Package & Benefits: Competitive basic salary of up to £50,000 Transport & expenses: Van & Fuel Card Provided (For Personal Use) Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Yearly bonuses Yearly pay rises Overtime Available Full company uniform Comprehensive benefits Requirements: Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum), Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential) F-Gas Cat 1 (Essential) 3+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong communication skills Full UK Drivers Licence (Clean, no more than 6 points) If you're eager to progress your career in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
