We are currently working with a fantastic school, surrounded in beautiful grounds on a Permanent opportuntiy as a Site Manager. About the Role * To ensure the site, buildings and grounds are maintained and are tidy in appearance and provide a safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff. * Undertake general repairs and maintenance around the establishment including plastering, decorating, repairs on furnishings and buildings, including carpentry and plumbing to ensure a safe environment is maintained. * Arrange emergency repairs in liaison with the Headteacher and Business Manager, obtain quotes from approved contracts ensuring work is completed within the appropriate timescale. * Undertake grounds maintenance duties, e.g. grass cutting, hedge trimming, shrub pruning and planting, weeding & clearance of leaves. * Storing and maintaining resources such as cleaning supplies and equipment. * Act as a key holder and control site keys and routine and non-routine opening.
