Production Supervisor

We are working with a reputable client based in Wellingborough (NN8) who require a Production Supervisor to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Day Shift (37.5 hours per week) 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Production Supervisor within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement production policies and procedures * Establish priorities to ensure the production team are working efficiently * Report KPI’s to Senior Management * Check manufacturing equipment to ensure working order and that constant workflow is maintained * Ensure staff adhere to Health,Safety and Quality processes * Quality check products before distribution to customers Key Requirements: * Excellent communication skills * Previous production supervisory experience * Minimum of 3 years experience within a similar environment If you are interested in the role or would like further information, please apply with an updated CV
