Project Manager (Building/M&E) Day Rate - £500 Location - West London (Hybrid) Duration - 6 Months (Initially) IR35 - Inside (Must use an umbrella company) We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled Estates & Facilities Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of capital, refurbishment, and infrastructure projects across our estate. You'll be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. What You'll Be Doing Managing end-to-end delivery of construction, refurbishment, and M&E projects. Overseeing contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Managing budgets, programmes, and risks. Ensuring compliance with health & safety, building regulations, and CDM. Leading project meetings, design reviews, and progress reporting. Working with and administering JCT Contract forms. What We're Looking For Proven experience managing estates, construction, or facilities projects. Strong technical knowledge across building fabric and M&E systems. Experience with JCT Contracts (essential). Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Desirable Experience within healthcare, education, public sector, or large estates. Professional membership or qualification (CIOB, RICS, IWFM, APM). Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM PMQ)
