Applications analyst

The Applications Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimising technology applications to support business operations within the professional services industry. This role is based in Birmingham and requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of application systems. Collaborate with teams to understand business needs and implement application solutions. Ensure applications are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards. Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users on application functionality. Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Document processes, configurations, and changes for future reference. Work closely with external vendors and stakeholders to optimise application use.Profile A successful Applications Analyst should have: Strong technical expertise in managing and supporting ERP application systems.
