No fluff, you will be the Production Manager who makes delivery happen. The Production Manager role As Production Manager you will lead the full build process from incoming components through inspection, assembly, test, calibration, and pack out for shipment. The Production Manager will manage resource, timings, and budgets, keeping multiple builds moving and customers happy. This Production Manager position is hands-on, you will be visible on the shop floor, leading by example, coordinating with stores, planning, projects, and engineering, and driving continuous improvement across tools, methods, and workflow.
