Our cient are an ambitious, fast growing payments business that’s entering an exciting new phase of growth. We are looking for a FinOps & Treasury Analyst to join their collaborative finance team and support critical client fund operations. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone detail driven, analytical and eager to gain real exposure in a high growth environment. You will be - Supporting daily client fund processes in line with programme and regulatory requirements Managing scheme settlements and fund movements Tracking and reconciling bank statements and cashbooks Helping automate and improve finance processes as the business scales Acting as a first point of contact for client communications Assisting with onboarding new clients and supporting product launches Supporting the Head of Finance Operations with ad hoc prioritiesThe ideal person -  A genuine love of numbers (finance/accounting degree or similar preferred) Strong Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets Excellent attention to detail and organisation Ability to work independently and show initiative Fintech, payments, or challenger banking exposure is advantageous but not essential Previous experience in a similar role is helpful but not required Please reach out if you've got any questions, and we look forward to receiving your applications
