Ground Worker

Experienced Groundworker / Ganger Required* Location: North West Scotland (Mainland) Duration: 3 Months (Immediate Start) We are currently seeking an experienced Groundworker or Ganger for a project based in the North West of Scotland. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable and skilled individuals looking for consistent work with excellent site support. What We Offer: Immediate start Minimum 52.5 hours paid per week (over 5 days) Accommodation and meals provided 3 months of continuous work Key Responsibilities: Installation of ducting Working with and finishing concrete General groundworks as required Supervisory duties (for Ganger role), ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently Requirements: Proven experience in ducting installation and concrete works Valid CSCS card (preferred/required depending on role) Ability to work as part of a team and independently Strong work ethic and reliability Desirable (but not essential): Dumper ticket Roller ticket If you are an experienced groundworker or ganger ready to start immediately and interested in working on a well-supported site in a great location, we want to hear from you.
