Our client is on the lookout for a committed and talented Site Supervisor to join their dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in leading a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, and ensuring high standards of compliance and service delivery within a critical client environment. Key Responsibilities * Managing, planning, and coordinating the daily workload of the technical support team * Overseeing Reactive Maintenance and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) * Reviewing work logs and ensuring outstanding tasks are completed via the in-house system * Ensuring compliance with company and client safety and security procedures * Acting as the main point of contact for client and management escalations * Evaluating plant and equipment performance and recommending improvements * Producing incident reports and resolving complex operational issues * Supporting training and development within the critical services team Requirements * Diploma / GED with 5+ years’ job-related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) * Prior supervisory or shift management experience preferred * City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in BS7671 (18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulations) * Strong understanding of critical maintenance environments * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Right to work in the UK What’s on Offer * £55,000 per annum * £200 per call out (1 in 4 rota – £2,600 annually) * Monday to Friday working pattern * Leadership role within a critical environment * Opportunity to directly impact team and client performance If you live in and around the London area, this could be the role for you.
