Our collections are created at our London studio near Putney Bridge, drawing inspiration from global fashion, art, and culture — and now we're looking for someone special to help bring that vision to life in-store. We’re excited to welcome a Sales Specialist to our friendly and supportive team at our boutique in South Kensington. Key Responsibilities of the Sales Specialist: As a key part of our in-store team, you’ll help deliver an exceptional customer experience by: Acting as a true brand ambassador Building lasting customer relationships Developing strong product knowledge Processing sales with confidence using our till and store systems Working closely with a tight-knit, supportive retail team Using your communication, literacy, and numeracy skills to elevate customer interactions About You You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have experience in a customer-facing retail environment (fashion preferred) Are enthusiastic, warm, and customer-focused Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a small team Are eager to support the growth of the business Can reliably commute to London If you're passionate about beautiful clothing and exceptional service, we’d love to meet you.
