As a Production Engineer, you will benefit from: Half day Fridays 28 days holiday Pension scheme Free parking As a Production Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Evaluating and improving manufacturing processes using structured tools such as PFMEA Troubleshooting production issues, determining root causes, and leading corrective actions Enhancing efficiency through workflow analysis, layout planning and tooling improvements Preparing and maintaining process documentation including Control Plans and Standardised Work Implementing cost‑reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards Supporting production teams with technical guidance and best‑practice development As a Production Engineer, your experience will include: A Bachelor’s degree (or similar) in a mechanical engineering discipline At least two years’ experience within a manufacturing, process or production engineering role Familiarity with APQP core tools, CAD, Lean Six Sigma or standardised work methodologies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Experience working under pressure and within agreed timelines Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness If you're ready to take the next step in your career as a Production Engineer, we’d like to hear from you.
