Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative Salary: £25,500 - £28,000 (DOE) Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm Location: Newbury (must have own transport - no public transport links) We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Operator to join our clients small, close-knit team. We're looking for someone who can work well with others while bringing strong practical skills and reliability to the group. Benefits: Salary £25,500 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience 29 days holiday including bank holidays (increases with service) Opportunity for career development to supervisor level for the right personKey Responsibilities: Receive, check, and store incoming goods Pick, pack, and despatch orders securely Operate a stock rotation system, assist with regular stock takes and maintain accurate records Ensure general tidiness Drive a van between neighbouring sites as needed Undertake hands-on tasks, including lifting and moving goods Adhere to safe working practices and promptly report any safety concerns Opportunity to support basic repair tasksAbout You: Previous warehouse experience is essential Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on, heavy lifting work Team player who thrives in a small team environment Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car Able to drive a van for site cross oversIf you have the right experience and want to develop your career with us, we'd love to hear from you.
