Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Prestigious Secure Site – London We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a highly secure and prestigious site in London. This is a Monday to Friday role (08:00 – 17:00) offering stability, a structured environment, and the chance to work on a technically diverse building services portfolio. The Role As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a complex building services environment. Although electrically biased, this position requires strong all-round building services knowledge. Your duties will include: * Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance * Emergency lighting testing and lamping * UPS and generator inspections and routine checks * HVAC maintenance including: * AHUs * FCUs * VAV systems * Compressors and condensers * Air conditioning plant checks * Motor maintenance and fault finding * Basic plumbing repairs * General building fabric and plant room duties * Accurate completion of maintenance documentation and compliance records This Electrical Maintenance Engineer role requires someone confident working independently within a high-security environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
