Commercial Gas Engineer - Steam & Industrial Boilers Location: Colchester Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Overtime + Company Vehicle Prime Appointments are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Gas Engineer to join a well-established industrial boiler specialist covering sites nationwide. This is a permanent, full-time position suited to an engineer with strong experience working on steam boilers, hot water plant rooms and commercial gas systems. The role offers excellent earning potential, long-term stability and technically varied work across industrial environments. The Role: Service, maintain and repair industrial steam and hot water boilers Fault finding on burners, controls and associated plant equipment Installation and commissioning of steam and hot water systems Planned preventative maintenance and annual boiler inspections Responding to breakdowns and emergency call-outs Completing service reports, commissioning documentation and timesheets Participating in an on-call rotaThis is a mobile role. When not on customer sites, engineers return to the head office in North Essex.
