Sales Executive The Role We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a busy sales team. You will be responsible for guiding customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey, delivering an outstanding experience while achieving sales targets and maximising profitability. Key Responsibilities * Sell new and used vehicles in line with company and manufacturer standards * Build strong relationships with customers through a consultative sales approach * Manage enquiries from phone, email, online and showroom visits * Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives * Negotiate vehicle sales, part exchanges and add-on products * Accurately complete sales administration and documentation * Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs * Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and positive CSI results The Ideal Candidate * Previous experience as a Sales Executive (automotive preferred) * Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills * Customer-focused with a professional and confident manner * Target-driven with a proven sales track record * Ability to work well independently and as part of a team * Good IT skills and confidence using CRM / DMS systems * Full UK driving licence
