BMS Service Engineer

BMS Field Service Engineer London & South East An established Building Management Systems specialist is looking to recruit a BMS Field Service Engineer to join its growing service team. This is a mobile field-based role supporting a diverse portfolio of commercial clients across London and the South East. It suits a self-motivated engineer who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive service team. The Role * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of BMS systems * Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown call-outs * Completing remedial works and minor upgrades * Supporting upgrades, panel modifications, and some commissioning * Producing accurate service reports * Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency * Acting as a key point of contact on selected client sites * Participation in an on-call rota Requirements Essential * Minimum 1 year’s experience within the BMS industry * Previous experience in a service-based engineering role * Strong knowledge of at least one BMS platform * Good communication and IT skills * Right to work in the UK * Based within or close to the M25 Desirable * Manufacturer certifications (e.g. Trend, Tridium N4, Delta) Package * Competitive salary (DOE) * 25 days holiday + birthday off after 1 year * Car allowance and mileage * Laptop, phone, tools, and workwear provided * Training and development opportunities * Pension, bonus scheme, health cover, and death in service
