Job Title: Logistics Manager / Site Manager Location: Market Harborough Duration: Minimum 12 Months Sector: Construction We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Manager / Site Manager for a long-term construction project in Market Harborough, with a minimum of 1 year’s work available. This role would suit a Site Manager with strong logistics experience who is confident managing site operations, coordinating deliveries, controlling access, and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of a busy construction site. Key Responsibilities: * Overseeing all site logistics and coordination of deliveries * Managing site access, traffic management plans and material storage * Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring efficient workflow * Maintaining accurate site records and reporting * Monitoring health & safety compliance across logistics operations * Supporting the Project Manager with programme updates and planning Requirements: * Proven experience in site management with strong logistics background * Excellent organisational and coordination skills * IT proficient – confident using Excel, email, and site reporting systems * Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and deliveries daily * Strong communication skills * CSCS Gold Card (ideally) * CSCS Black card (beneficial) * SMSTS preferred This is a great opportunity for a proactive, organised individual looking for stable, long-term work on a well-run project.
