Lead Auditor West Midlands Sector: Manufacturing / Metals Experienced Lead Auditor eager to take on a role where you will be given autonomy to make a difference? Knowledgeable in and around ISO standards across Manufacturing and Stockholding? Proactive and enjoy spinning plates? If so then this role maybe for you, we are seeking a Quality professional to support our client in their West Midlands branch to support Quality team. This role will focus on maintaining and improving Quality Management Systems, including compliance within highly regulated sectors such as Nuclear Energy. Package: Monday – Friday – 08:30sm – 5:00pm 23 holidays + bank holidays Company Pension Chance to develop & progress Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage branch Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Manage non-conforming materials and supplier/customer quality issues, including NCRs and root cause investigations Lead corrective action processes, including 8D reporting and stakeholder communication Maintain calibration systems for quality inspection equipment Plan and conduct internal audits and support external customer and third-party audits Monitor and analyse quality data, producing regular reports and performance metrics Support management reviews and deliver quality system training and awareness About You Experience working with Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001, AS9100 or ISO19443 Strong understanding of material specifications and quality control processes Experience conducting audits and leading corrective action investigations Confident analysing data and producing quality reports Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills IT literate, including Excel and Microsoft Office Desirable: Knowledge of ISO14001 and ISO45001 Experience using RCCA methodologies To apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to (url removed) or, alternatively, submit your application via the link below.
