Manufacturing Operator

Manufacturing Operator Pay Rate: £14.68 per hour Location: Warrington Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm This role will be initially temporary with the look to go permanent for the right candidate About the Role A hands‑on role within a busy packaging and production environment, ensuring products are safely, accurately and professionally packaged, labelled and quality‑checked before distribution. Responsibilities Assemble packaging materials including boxes, inserts and labels Apply accurate product, safety and regulatory labels Carry out quality checks to ensure packaging meets required standards Identify and correct defects or inconsistencies Complete required documentation and follow SOPs Maintain a clean, safe and compliant working area Perform manual handling tasks and follow all safety guidance Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and hand‑eye coordination Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Good time management and ability to meet deadlines Able to work independently and as part of a team Flexible, willing to learn and adaptable to workload demands Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Awareness of COSHH High School Diploma, Secondary Education, Advanced Certificate, or equivalent Minimum 1 year in manufacturing, production, operations or laboratory work.
