We are recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a large, luxury nursing and dementia care home in South-West London. The home is well regarded locally and nationally, recognised by regulators for delivering high-quality care and praised by families for its warm, person-centred approach. The Role This is a pivotal leadership position where you will take full responsibility for the operational, clinical, and commercial success of the home. Key areas of focus include: Leading and inspiring a large team to deliver consistently high standards of person-centred care Maintaining excellent compliance with regulatory and company standards Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders Driving occupancy and ensuring effective budget management Recruiting, retaining, and developing a skilled and motivated staff team Creating a culture of openness, empowerment, and continuous improvement Ideal Candidate Profile We are seeking a strong leader with: Minimum 4 years' experience in elderly care, including at least 3 years in a management role Proven track record of achieving positive regulatory outcomes Excellent leadership and people management skills Strong commercial acumen with experience managing occupancy and budgets A compassionate approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care Working Pattern & Benefits Salary £75,000 - £80,000 PA plus benefits package Opportunity to join a leading provider with strong career development pathways Interested?
