Project Manager

About the Company Our client is a well-established design and build main contractor with a strong track record delivering medium to large-scale projects across London. Operating across both the private and public sectors, they specialise in high-quality residential, affordable housing, student accommodation and mixed-use developments. With projects ranging up to £100m+, the business is known for its collaborative approach, strong in-house capabilities, and ability to deliver schemes on time, on budget and to a high standard. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint two Project Managers to support live residential schemes in North London and Central London. The Role * Lead the delivery of residential projects from construction through to completion * Manage programme, cost, quality and risk across the project lifecycle * Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants * Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with contractual requirements * Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular progress reporting * Drive programme performance and resolve technical or delivery challenges Requirements * Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor * Strong background delivering residential schemes (essential) * Engineering background (Civil, Structural or Construction-related) * Experience managing projects through the main contract stage * Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills * Ability to manage multiple packages and drive programme performance What’s on Offer * Competitive permanent salary or LTD day rate (flexible engagement) * Immediate involvement on live schemes in North and Central London * Long-term pipeline of residential projects across London * Opportunity to join a growing contractor with a strong delivery reputation and repeat client base If you’re a Project Manager from an engineering background with residential main contractor experience and are looking for your next opportunity in London, we’d be keen to hear from you
