HR Advisor * £16.50-£17.50 per hour * Temporary 3-6 months * Wigan- 8.30-4.30 Mon-Fri * Open to part time 3-4 days or reduced hours Mon-Fri * Onsite car parking Why Join This Business? They are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis for 3-6 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy, hands-on HR role and is confident managing complex employee relations casework. What You Will Be Doing As HR Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting managers across the business with a wide range of HR matters, with a particular focus on employee relations. This is a fast-paced, operational HR role, ideal for someone confident in dealing with challenging situations, offering pragmatic advice, and ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly. * Managing a varied caseload of grievances, disciplinaries, performance issues and absence management * Supporting and coaching managers through HR processes and best practice * Conducting investigations and preparing reports and outcome letters * Assisting with HR projects, policy updates and process improvements * Building trusted relationships across the organisation You’ll provide HR support to a broad range of SME clients across the UK, acting as a trusted first point of contact for all things HR. Every day brings something different, and you’ll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload confidently. What Makes You a Great Fit? You’re someone who isn’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. You are values-driven, reliable, and motivated by doing things the right way.
