Aircraft Emergency Escape Slide Technician

Job Title: Emergency Slide Technician / Senior Emergency Slide Technician Location: Netherlands Reports to: Team Leader Organization: International Part-145 MRO (EASA/CAA/FAA approved) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Emergency Slide Technician to join our international Part-145 approved Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization. This is a hands-on role focused on the maintenance, repair, and repacking of aircraft emergency slides and rafts, including types such as A320 and B737. Ideal candidates will have prior Certifying Staff authorization experience within a Part-145 environment and a proven track record of maintaining and overhauling emergency equipment. You will play a key role in building and stabilizing our emergency slide shop in the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities: Perform all work in accordance with the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), ensuring quality, airworthiness, and Health & Safety standards. Follow Health & Safety regulations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Carry out maintenance per the correct revision of the Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) and complete the 601 Capability Check before releasing components. Report any quality or safety concerns affecting airworthiness immediately. Process Work Orders efficiently, prioritizing tasks and meeting turnaround targets. Contribute positively to team culture and promote a "One Team" ethos. Suggest improvements to production workflows and take responsibility for personal development. Maintain workshop organization and act as a role model for company core values.
