Night Airfreight Warehouse Supervisor Heathrow 4 on / 4 off | Nights 18.00-06.00 Salary: £32,500 per annum We are recruiting a Night Airfreight Warehouse Supervisor to manage night operations within a regulated airfreight warehouse based at Heathrow Airport. This is a hands-on supervisory role in a fast-paced, time-critical aviation environment. Key Responsibilities · Supervise night shift warehouse staff within a Heathrow-based airfreight operation · Manage import and export freight to airline cut-off times and SLAs · Ensure full compliance with CAA, AVSEC, and Regulated Agent / Known Cargo procedures · Oversee secure handling, screening, seal control, and chain-of-custody processes · Supervise ULD build-up and break-down to airline specifications · Maintain high standards of aviation security, health & safety, and housekeeping · Complete shift reports and handovers Weekly team meetings with Warehouse Lead Monthly 1 to 1's Requirements · Previous experience in an airfreight or regulated cargo warehouse · Supervisory or team leader experience preferred · Good working knowledge of AVSEC, CAA regulations, and aviation security processes · Ability to work nights in a deadline-driven airport environment · Forklift licence desirable but not essential Compliance (Essential) · Clean DBS check · 5 years’ checkable work history, in line with aviation security requirements Apply now if you have airfreight experience and are confident leading teams in a regulated airport environment. * We are only able to accept applications from candidates with previous experience for this role.
