Qualified Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our preschool team and support the delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role involves working alongside the Room Leader as part of a team of two, supporting children aged 2–3 years. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children, be friendly and team-oriented, welcome feedback, and contribute positively to a nurturing and collaborative learning environment. Key Responsibilities * Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate educational activities * Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating environment that promotes children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development * Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates on children’s progress and wellbeing * Support daily classroom routines and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations * Foster a love of learning through interactive play, storytelling, and creative expression Skills and Experience The successful candidate will demonstrate: * A genuine passion for early years education and inspiring young minds * Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues * A personable, positive attitude and a desire to strengthen our established team * Proficiency in the English language * Previous experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting * A relevant Level 2 childcare qualification or above Benefits: * Company events * Company pension * Employee discount * Free parking * On-site parking * Sick pay
