An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Home Manager to take over a very successful care home near Broadstairs in Kent. You will be supported by a values-driven senior team with strong experience in premium care settings. We're seeking a leader with a passion for person-centred care, exceptional standards, and the ability to inspire a dedicated team. You will be required to: Provide inspirational leadership to ensure exceptional, person-centred care and an outstanding resident experience. Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, maintaining the highest standards of safety, wellbeing, hospitality, and regulatory compliance. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive culture built on dignity, respect, and exceptional service. Manage budgets, occupancy, and commercial performance to ensure the home's long-term sustainability and success. Build strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community, promoting the home's premium reputation and values.
