Quality Assurance Technician

We are working with a reputable client based in Braintree (CM7) who require a Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. The position is a permanent role paying £26,500 - £28,000 per annum (DOE) Working Hours: Monday - Friday (Day Shift) 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) + Pension The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Quality Assurance Technician within an engineering environment. Key Responsibilities: * Responsible for maintaining high quality standards on site, set by the company in line with AS9100 standards * Conduct first off inspections, patrol checks and final inspections * Use a range of precision measuring equipment from gauges to CMM's * Creating first article inspection reports (FAIR) * Learn how to create and use CMM Programs (training provided) Key Requirements: * Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar environment * Must be PC literate * Excellent attention to detail If you are interested in this role or would like further information, please apply with an updated CV
