Solar Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Solar Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a 25MW ground-mounted solar farm in Exmouth, Devon. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the project site, managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Civils subcontractors to ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Key Responsibilities: Overall management of the solar farm construction site Coordination and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical & Civils subcontractors Ensuring H&S compliance across the site Managing programme, quality, and daily site activities Acting as the main point of contact for site operations Essential Requirements: Proven experience as a Solar Site Manager on ground-mounted solar projects of 10MW+ Strong understanding of solar construction methodologies Experience managing multi-discipline subcontractors Right to work in the UK Rate: £300-£400 per day, dependent on Solar Site Manager experience ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
