Plant Delivery Driver – Class 2 (HGV) Location: Bristol Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Start Time: 7:30am – 5:00pm Holt Recruitment are working on behalf of a well-established, family-owned plant hire group to recruit an experienced Class 2 Plant Delivery Driver to join their Bristol depot. This is a hands-on role suited to a driver who is confident delivering and collecting heavy plant machinery and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. The Role Delivering and collecting a wide range of heavy plant equipment to customer sites Operating plant machinery safely during loading and unloading Securing loads in line with current compliance and safety standards Planning routes and working closely with depot and service teams Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic paperwork Acting as a professional ambassador when dealing with customers on siteRequirements (Essential) Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Proven experience delivering and operating heavy plant machinery CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card Experience with multi-drop deliveries and collections Strong understanding of safe loading, unloading, and securing of plant equipmentDesirable Experience using mobile or tablet-based delivery systemsWhat’s on Offer Competitive salary 22 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays Company pension scheme Company sick pay Death in service benefit On-site parking Stable, long-term role within a reputable family-run businessThis is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused Class 2 driver looking for weekday work, modern equipment, and a supportive team environment.
