Programme Director Location: London,  UK  Salary: €200,000 Fantastic bonus structure - up to 25%!   We are working with a renowned Data Centre Developer & Operator who are looking for a Programme Director to join their team in London. This person will be leading the growth strategy in the UK and will have full project lifecycle experience – from strategy and land acquisition through to construction and commissioning.   If you’re a Programme Director, Senior Project Director or Country Lead – we’d love to hear from you!   Benefits of being a client-side Programme Director: - Up to €200,000 per annum - Fantastic bonus structure - up to 25%! - Flexible hybrid working   The Programme Director will be responsible for: - Leading development of growth and expansion strategies for hyperscale data centre developments - Land acquisition and liaising with local authorities to obtain environmental and build permits - Oversee each data centre project through the full lifecycle – from acquiring the land through to construction - Engage with clients, investors, partners, and authorities, influencing strategic discussions at the executive and board levels Oversee key development risks such as planning, land, power, supply chain, and programme - Lead financial and commercial modelling, including ROI, value optimisation, and cost-risk assessments   The Programme Director will have the following: - Proven experience working with a Developer or Operator on large-scale construction projects (€100mil in value and above) - Experience creating growth strategies and leading construction projects - Knowledge of complex European markets - Mission critical or data centre knowledge preferred
