Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming primary school in Crupstall who are looking to appoint an experienced Upper Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant or HLTA to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated practitioner who can support learning and make a positive impact in the classroom. The Role: Supporting teaching and learning across Upper KS2 Working with pupils 1:1 and in small groups Delivering interventions in English and Maths Supporting the class teacher with planning and classroom management Promoting positive behaviour and engagement The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience working in Upper Key Stage 2 Strong English and Maths skills HLTA status or experience working at HLTA level (desirable) A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Why Work with Tradewind Recruitment?
