Position: Site Labourer Start Date: Monday 9th Start Time: 7:30am Overview Time Recruitment Solutions are seeking a reliable and proactive individual to join our team in Bromsgrove. The ideal candidate will be forward‑thinking, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable following instructions to complete tasks to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out general site duties as directed by the site manager. Follow instructions accurately and complete tasks efficiently and safely. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Support other team members to ensure smooth site operations. Adhere to all site safety rules and procedures at all times. Ideal Candidate Attributes Forward‑thinking with the ability to anticipate needs and act proactively. Strong work ethic with a positive, can‑do attitude. Reliable and punctual, especially given early start times. Able to follow instructions and deliver work to a good standard. Works well independently and as part of a team.
