Procurement Manager £55,000 - £60,000 | 6 Month Fixed-Term Contract | London, Hybrid   A respected housing organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in delivering compliant, value-for-money procurement that directly supports residents and communities.   Working within a collaborative assets and repairs environment, you’ll lead procurement activity that balances commercial rigour with social value, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.   Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement activity across assets and repairs, ensuring full compliance with the Procurement Act 2023 and wider public procurement legislation Embed social value, sustainability, and community benefits into contracts and supplier relationships Partner closely with senior stakeholders, including the Head of Assets and Repairs, to drive best practice, cost efficiency, and strong supplier performance Provide clear procurement advice and guidance to operational teams, supporting effective decision-making  About You Strong working knowledge of UK public procurement regulations, including PCR 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 Solid understanding of Section 20 consultation requirements for leaseholders Practical experience using and managing procurement frameworks Proven background in social housing or wider public sector procurement, delivering compliant and value-driven outcomes Collaborative, pragmatic, and solutions-focused, with a genuine interest in making a positive social impact  Package Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 (pro rata for a 6-month FTC) Contract: 6-month fixed-term contract Working pattern: Hybrid, with 2 days per week in the London office Opportunity to work within a purpose-driven organisation, contributing to meaningful outcomes in social housing
