Site Agent

We are looking for an experienced Site Agent to join a major bridge construction project in Birmingham. This is a long-term freelance opportunity on a high-profile civils scheme, offering excellent continuity of work and competitive rates. Key Responsibilities: * Day-to-day management of site activities for bridge and associated civils works * Managing engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site * Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification * Implementing RAMS and maintaining high HSEQ standards * Coordinating with the Project Manager, designers, and client representatives * Monitoring progress, resolving technical issues, and reporting on performance * Managing materials, plant, and site logistics Requirements: * Proven experience as a Site Agent on bridge or major civil engineering projects * Strong understanding of structures, concrete works, highways, or heavy civils * SMSTS, CSCS (Gold or Black), and First Aid * Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills * Ability to start immediately and commit to a long-term contract What’s on Offer: * £430–£530 per day * Outside IR35 engagement * 2-year contract on a flagship infrastructure project * Immediate start If this is something that interests you please apply and someone from the team will be in touch
