Civils Supervisor

Civils Supervisor   Salary: £34,000 - £36,000 P/A Location: UK-wide (Working away required)-Based in South Hours: Monday – Friday / 5am / 6am starts on a 50-hour contract. We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Supervisor to join the team delivering a wide range of civil engineering works across infrastructure and utilities projects. This role is site-based, hands-on, and requires flexibility to work away from home. We value your expertise, and in return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £36,000 per annum. Key responsibilities: Supervise and carry out civil works including trenching, ducting, and reinstatement Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards Lead and support site teams while remaining hands-on as required Ensure compliance with RAMS, health & safety legislation, and company procedures Coordinate daily activities, materials, and site logistics Essential Qualification & Requirements: NRSWA (Street Works) accreditation – essential NPORS certification for relevant plant and machinery NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Groundworks (or equivalent) Proven experience in civil engineering / utilities-based groundworks Strong knowledge of trenching, ducting, and reinstatement Ability to supervise teams and work collaboratively Full UK driving licence Willingness to work away from home (essential) If you are interested and would like to discus further, please get in touch with Hannah Hughes in the Attega offices today
