Mobile Electrical Engineer Salary: £42,000 – £48,000 per annum Bonus: Company bonus scheme (£1,000–£3,000 annually) Location: Mobile role covering major motorway routes and surrounding counties Travel Time: 30 minutes paid each way We’re recruiting a Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing and well-supported engineering team, working across a varied commercial property portfolio. This is a true mobile role offering excellent earning potential, strong benefits, and long-term progression. You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive electrical works across multiple commercial sites, with full autonomy and support from an experienced management and helpdesk team. Key Responsibilities * Electrical servicing, maintenance, and PPMs * Reactive fault finding and breakdown response * Working across a range of commercial environments * Completing works safely, efficiently, and to compliance standards * Participating in an on-call rota What We’re Looking For * Qualified Electrical Engineer with relevant certifications * Experience within commercial maintenance environments * Comfortable working in a mobile role * Strong fault-finding and customer-facing skills * Full UK driving licence Package & Benefits * £42,000–£48,000 salary (dependent on experience) * 30 minutes paid travel time each way * Company van & fuel card (personal use included) * 1 in 4 on-call rota – £100 standby payment plus door-to-door pay * Overtime available * 25 days holiday + bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Private healthcare * Company bonus scheme * Regular company events * Ongoing training and clear progression opportunities Induction & Onboarding Successful candidates will attend a fully funded induction (Monday–Thursday) at the company’s head office.
