Graduate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant  Location: Gateshead Pay Scale: £90-100 a day Perfect for Psychology, Education & Social Science graduates Are you a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience supporting young people with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Graduate Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity to build meaningful experience working with pupils who have experienced trauma, anxiety, attachment difficulties and emotional regulation challenges. The school offers a calm, structured and nurturing environment, grounded in trauma-informed practice and strong pastoral support. You’ll be supported by experienced staff while developing practical skills that are highly valued in education and mental health settings.
