Infrastucture Location: Central London Role Overview An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join a Tier-1 M&E Contractor renowned for delivering high-profile projects across Commercial Shell & Core, Office Fit-Outs, Life-Sciences, Data Centre, Infrastructure sectors. As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will manage the financial performance and commercial success of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities * Lead the commercial management of M&E packages on high-value projects * Manage project budgets, cost control, forecasting and cash flow * Administer contracts including valuations, variations and change control * Procure and manage subcontractor and supplier packages * Prepare and present monthly cost and value reports * Measure and value works completed and assess subcontractor applications * Lead final account negotiations with clients and supply chain * Identify and manage commercial risk and opportunity * Maintain effective commercial relationships with clients, consultants and internal teams * Support and mentor junior commercial staff as required Qualifications & Experience * HND/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent * Minimum 5+ years’ experience in M&E Quantity Surveying, ideally with Tier-1 M&E contractors. * Strong understanding of M&E systems, cost control, and standard contracts (JCT/NEC). * Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
