SEN Teacher - Year 1 A welcoming and inclusive primary school in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to lead a small-group provision within Key Stage 1. This rewarding role involves supporting six pupils, the majority of whom have a diagnosis of Autism (ASD), within a calm, structured and nurturing environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SEN professional who thrives on routine, consistency and making a genuine difference to pupils’ learning journeys. You will have responsibility for planning and delivering tailored lessons, supporting progress against EHCP targets, and creating a safe space where pupils feel secure, engaged and ready to learn. Working closely with the SENCO and experienced support staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining strong routines, using positive behaviour strategies, and ensuring every child can access learning at their own pace. Key Responsibilities include: • Delivering structured, differentiated lessons for a small SEN group • Supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs • Tracking progress and contributing to SEN reviews • Building positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues The ideal candidate will have: • QTS (or equivalent) • Proven SEN or ASD teaching experience • A calm, patient and resilient approach • Strong communication and teamwork skills Why work via Teach Now?
