Agent – RAF Coningsby Location: RAF Coningsby, Lincolnshire Sector: Construction / Defence Infrastructure We are currently seeking an experienced Agent to join our team working on a high-profile project at RAF Coningsby, one of the RAF’s key operational bases. This is an excellent opportunity to work on secure, technically challenging construction works within a live defence environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to ensure programme targets are met Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to specification Maintain compliance with health, safety, environmental, and security regulations Liaise with the client, consultants, and stakeholders on a live RAF site Monitor quality control, progress reporting, and site documentation Requirements: Proven experience as a Agent or similar role within construction or civil engineering Experience working on MOD, defence, or other secure sites (desirable) Strong knowledge of H&S regulations and site management procedures CSCS (essential) Ability to pass security clearance (BPSS minimum; higher clearance an advantage) Strong communication and leadership skills What’s on Offer: Competitive salary / rate Opportunity to work on a prestigious RAF project Long-term work with a reputable contractor Supportive and professional project team
