Registered Manager – Complex Needs Service Location: Truro, Cornwall Diamond Search Recruitment is supporting a specialist care provider with the recruitment of an experienced Registered Manager to lead a complex needs service in Truro. This service supports individuals with highly complex needs, and we are seeking a Registered Manager with a strong background in learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour. The Role You will hold overall operational responsibility for the service, ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. You will lead and develop your team, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive positive outcomes for those you support.
